The SARBE 8A is a self contained all electric slewing davit that has a safe working load of up to 1,400kg and can be supplied with fixed slewing radius of 3.2 to 5.6M. Changes in the overall height of the davit can also be considered for restricted installation envelopes. The SARBE 8A is available in all steel construction or with an aluminium arm and post where weight is critical. Approved to SOLAS the SARBE davits are factory tested as complete units with a multi coat paint system. The davits are supplied with a mounting pedestal and stainless steel holding down bolts. Options available include off load release hook, davit head floodlight, ice protection covers and pendant control.

This unique davit design is for restricted installation envelopes and allows the davit to be placed against the vessel structure or at the deck edge. The davit has “zero” tail radius as only the davit arm rotates, the vertical post and winch remain stationary during the slewing. The SARB 1.0 A davit is available in all steel construction or with aluminium arm and post and is approved to SOLAS. The SARB 1.0 A davits are factory tested as complete units with a multi coat paint system. The davits are supplied with a mounting pedestal and stainless steel holding down bolts. Options available include off load release hook, davit head floodlight, ice protection covers and pendant control.

The PIV 1.6 davit has a safe working load of up to 1,600kg. This davit is suited for integrating into both new construction and existing vessels.

The system is supplied in two main modules, one with the pivot arm mounted to the base with the cylinder and the other with the winch, power pack and accumulator.

Meeting the latest requirements of SOLAS, the davit is provided with an anti pendulum frame that interfaces with the Rescue Boat and can be supplied with optional Falls Tension and Shock Absorber.

This davit is suited for Rescue Boats in the 4.5 to 6.0M range.

These davits are up to 4,000kg, the Type: PIV 3.0 / 4.0 davit is a self contained davit system. All of the davit components, electro / hydraulic power pack, accumulator, electrical controls are factory piped, wired and provided on a single skid. The “palletization” of the davit system greatly reduces the installation impact and minimises the installation envelope.

The PIV 3.0 / 4.0 is available with options that include Shock Absorber, Falls Tension and Anti Pendulum Frame that interfaces with the Rescue Boat. Approved to the latest SOLAS requirements this davit can be equipped to also meet the RO-RO regulations.

The PIV 3.0 / 4.0 is suited for Rescue Boats in the 6.5 to 7.5M range.
